If a guest postpones their appearance, you will easily be able to convert your Photo Op purchase to another Photo Op or voucher, or initiate an automatic refund from your Growtix account.
To initiate a self-service refund, follow the instructions below:
1. Go back into your Growtix order confirmation page for the product for the guest that cancelled
2. On the right hand side, you will see the option to initiate a refund.
3. Click it once and your refund will be initiated and deposited into your account within 5 - 7 days
